User agreement

for data processing using

NeuroSpace LLC website

I (the User), acting freely and in my own interests, sign this agreement.

I (hereinafter referred to as the User) send information through feedback forms (hereinafter,

each of them and all together - Form, Forms) when using the neurospace.pro service, available

on the Internet at: https://neurospace.pro/ ( hereinafter also referred to as the Service), in order

to gain access to the Service and other services and/or products of NeuroSpace LLC, I express

full, unconditional and unequivocal Consent to the processing of my personal and other data

(hereinafter referred to as Consent) on the following conditions:

a. Personal Identification Information: Full name, email address, mobile phone number, or

any similar information that may identify the User as a subject of personal data.

b. Automatically Collected Data: Information automatically transmitted during browsing and

visiting pages on neurospace.pro, such as IP addresses, cookie files, browser details, access

time, visited page URLs, referrer data, and statistics related to Users' IP addresses.

The User grants NeuroSpace LLC the right to process, including without limitation, the

following types of information:

a. Relationship Details:

- Information regarding the purpose and nature of legal relationships, including changes and/or

additions to previously provided data.

b. Registration and Identification Data:

- Surname, first name, email address, and telephone number necessary for registration and

proper identification within the Service.

c. Communication Data:

- Telephone numbers and email addresses required for maintaining communication with the

User.

d. Service Provision Data:

The User's consent to the processing of personal data

- Data associated with the provision of services by NeuroSpace LLC under agreements

concluded between the User (or the person represented by the User) and NeuroSpace LLC,

including texts of contracts (agreements), additional agreements thereto, bank account details,

statements and consents, correspondence, documents, and other materials.

e. Transaction Execution Data:

- Texts of contracts (agreements) and additional agreements, bank details, declarations and

consents, correspondences, documents and other records necessary for using neurospace.pro

by the User, including concluding transactions, fulfilling obligations under such transactions, and

conducting settlements.

f. Offer Formation Data:

- Any information necessary for NeuroSpace LLC to form an offer or enter into another civil law

contract, and generate documentation in compliance with applicable laws and internal

recordkeeping procedures of NeuroSpace LLC.

Section 3. Consent is granted for the processing of personal and other data for the

following purposes:

a. Access and Functionality:

- Providing access to the Service and its functionality.

b. Administration and Improvement:

- Administering neurospace.pro, improving the quality of operation, usability, and developing

new resources and services.

c. Statistics Collection:

- Gathering statistical data.

d. User Authentication:

- Identifying, authenticating, and authorizing the User when using neurospace.pro.

e. Product/Service Delivery:

- Offering and/or delivering products and/or rendering services.

f. Request Handling:

- Processing requests and applications from the User.

g. Establishing Communication:

- Establishing feedback, including sending notifications and queries.

h. Data Verification:

- Confirming the completeness of the personal and other data provided by the User.

i. Contractual Obligations:

- Concluding contracts with the User, fulfilling contractual obligations, and carrying out

payments.

j. Mutually Beneficial Cooperation:

- Engaging in mutually beneficial cooperation with the User and providing high-quality

services.

k. Marketing Activities:

- Conducting marketing (advertising) activities, sending offers, and receiving them from the

User to promote NeuroSpace LLC's services in the market, including through direct contact.

Section 4. Method and Duration of Data Processing

Consent is granted for the automated processing of personal and other data provided by the

User, in electronic format.

This Agreement remains effective for an indefinite period.

Section 5. User Acknowledgments and Consent

By accepting this agreement, the User confirms and acknowledges the following:

5.1. Third-Party Data Transfers

The User understands and agrees that the transfer of personal and other data to third parties,

including cross-border transfers of personal data (subject to such third parties assuming

obligations to ensure confidentiality and protection of received personal data), may be carried

out by NeuroSpace LLC upon the User’s request, to the extent necessary for the User to gain

access to the Service and utilize its features, receive (or provide) products and/or services, and

obtain information about them, all in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

5.2. Data Sharing Upon Request

The User acknowledges and agrees that personal and other data provided by the User may be

shared with third parties exclusively at the User's request or inquiry made while using

neurospace.pro, to the extent necessary, including but not limited to obtaining information,

purchasing and/or selling products and services, making mutual settlements, and receiving

appropriate technical support while using the Service.

5.3. Consent to Data Processing

The User gives consent to the processing of their personal data and confirms having been

informed by NeuroSpace LLC about the consequences of non-provision of such data where it is

mandatory under law or necessary for using neurospace.pro and/or obtaining information or

products and services.

5.4. Right to Withdraw Consent

The User has been informed of the option to withdraw consent to data processing by personally

addressing or submitting a written request (including in the form of an electronic document

signed with an electronic signature) to NeuroSpace LLC. The User is also aware of the right to

revoke consent for the cessation of processing both all personal and other user data and

specific data (if requested by NeuroSpace LLC or voluntarily provided by the User). However,

the User understands that withdrawal of consent cannot be effected if it contradicts applicable

law or if there are unfulfilled obligations.

5.5. Continued Data Processing After Revocation

The User is informed that NeuroSpace LLC reserves the right to continue processing personal

and other user-provided data after receipt of a consent revocation, or after the expiration of the

consent term, if grounds exist under applicable law or in the interests of the User.

5.6. Marketing Communications

The User expressly consents to receiving advertising and informational materials and has been

notified by NeuroSpace LLC of the possibility and procedure for opting out of such

communications.

5.7. Additional Data Usage

The User is aware and agrees that for the aforementioned purposes listed in this Consent,

NeuroSpace LLC may collect and use additional information related to the User, manage

statistical information, and utilize information obtained from the User for the purposes of

providing and/or realizing products and/or services, organizing the functioning and technical

support of neurospace.pro, and complying with applicable laws.

5.8. Privacy Policy Awareness

The User confirms familiarization with NeuroSpace LLC's Privacy Policy available online at

https://neurospace.pro/ and has been apprised of the measures taken to protect their personal

and other data.

Section 6. This Agreement becomes effective upon submission of the Form via the

neurospace.pro service.

The User may revoke this Agreement by sending a written statement in free form to

NeuroSpace LLC at the email address account@neurospace.pro.

Section 7. Date and Time of Consent

The User requests that the date and time of formation, confirmation, and submission of this

Consent be considered as the moment when the corresponding field in the Form is marked

and/or the button to submit the Form on any page of neurospace.pro is clicked.
